Craftsmanship: This quilting-inspired design was hand-drawn and meticulously hand-carved into plaster for mold creation. Each tile is RAM-pressed and individually hand-finished. After bisque firing to 1900°F, the tile receives careful glaze application section by section using a bulb syringe. The final high-temperature firing to 2150°F creates the deep, lustrous blue and black glazes that give this tile its sophisticated appearance.
